After fulfilling her mission, paid mercenary Barbie meets up with her contractor’s specialist Lia to be extracted from the country. Meeting up at a bunker hidden in the jungle, Lia guides Barbie inside whilst they wait for their ride home.
As Lia escorts Barbie through the never-ending halls, she leads her to a heavily enforced door deep within the lowest level of the base. Barbie watches Lia open the door and glances inside. To her surprise, she finds a woman inside (Canela). Barbie is suddenly pushed into the room by Lia before the door is slammed shut, locking her inside the room.
To Barbie’s horror, Canela is not what she seems. She reveals her true nature as a creature of the night, snarling her fangs and preparing to end Barbie’s life, making Barbie pray for forgiveness in her native language. Canela stops. Recognising Barbie’s language, Canela communicates with Barbie, revealing the truth.
Her entire mission was a setup. As soon as Barbie had completed her job, Barbie’s contractor ordered for her to be disposed of with Lia making sure it was done. She was sent to be fed to the monster. However, Canela offers Barbie an alternative. If she breaks Canela out of the base, the vampire will grant Barbie the power to take revenge.
