Staff manager Mike Zander has an insubordination problem, particularly with one of his staff members Why Effy. She has a terrible habit of spending too much time on her phone, impacting her work. When Mike tries to intervene, he’s met with eye rolls, sighs and plenty of bad attitude.

Not knowing what to do, Mike takes it to the internet searching for anything that could help him out and he may have found a solution. The next day, Mike finds Effy in the filing room. Once again she’s on her phone talking and texting so Mike remains hidden and pulls out a device.

With the press of a button, Mike’s remote freezes Effy in place. He approaches Effy, realising he can give out any form of punishment without any repercussions. At first, Mike takes to embarrassing Effy by snatching her phone and messing with her texts, but after finding some spicy stuff of Effy on her phone, something overcomes Mike, prompting him to act nefariously with his frozen employee…
