Josephine wakes up in a hospital bed, confused as to how she got there. The doctor enters her room, explaining that she was found unconscious on the street with bite marks on her body. Trying her best to remember what happened, Josephine remembers being approached and courted by a woman with red hair.Worrying that she’ll strain herself, the doctor asks Josephine to take it easy for now and get some rest. He promises to send Josephine a nurse to tend to her needs. Josephine tries her best to recover, awaiting her nurse.The nurse enters the room, donning red hair and a familiar face. Josephine screams for help but it’s too late. With just one look into the nurse’s red eyes and hearing her soft voice, Josephine’s mind surrenders to the mysterious woman. The predator has came to reclaim her prey.
